MLA Devendra Yadav’s troubles increased in Balodabazar violence case, court extended judicial remand till September 3

The troubles of Bhilai MLA Devendra Yadav, who was arrested on August 17 in the Balodabazar violence case, are increasing continuously. The court has once again extended the judicial remand of MLA Devendra Yadav. Keeping the security in mind, MLA Devendra Yadav appeared in the court through video conferencing on Tuesday August 27 . During this, the police had again demanded a remand of seven days from the court.

Hearing this demand of the police, the court has extended the remand of Congress MLA Devendra Yadav for 7 days. During the hearing, MLA Devendra Yadav’s lawyer presented his side and said that the police has no evidence against MLA Yadav. The police is unnecessarily demanding judicial remand.
