Raipur : Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai wrote on his social media plat form X here on Wednesday December 3, 2025 – That–DRG Bijapur Principal Reservist Monu Waddi, Reservist Dukaru Gonde and Reservist Ramesh Sodi have given their supreme sacrifice in this encounter. I pay humble tribute to these brave soldiers. I pray to God to grant the bereaved relatives the strength to endure this unbearable suffering and place the departed souls at His feet.
Two other soldiers injured in the encounter are out of danger. They have been given proper treatment. I wish them a speedy and full recovery.
This sacrifice of our soldiers will not go in vain. This brave and successful action by our heroes is a clear indication that the end of the Red Terror is now very near. Our government and our security forces are firmly committed to the resolution of “complete eradication of Maoism”.
Our campaign will continue until the light of peace, security and development reaches the last village in Bastar.
