Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai participated in the Sant Sammelan and Gurudarshan Fair held at Girodpuri Dham, the birthplace and place of penance of Baba Guru Ghasidas Ji, on Sunday February 22, 2026 .
He visited and worshipped the revered Guru Gaddi and prayed for the well-being and prosperity of the people of the state.

Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai said that Baba Guru Ghasidas’s message of “Manke-Manke Ek Saman” connects human beings with human beings and promotes harmony and unity. Our government is working on the path shown by Baba Guru Ghasidas Ji.
He said that our government is continuously developing Girodpuri. From the construction of a massive Jaitkham to the expansion of various facilities, many facilities have been expanded here. He praised the work done by the district administration for the expansion of public facilities and said that devotees can also get information about the facilities available at the fair through the website and mobile app. During this, he obtained the information by scanning the QR code pasted there with his mobile.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai distributed Prasad from the main temple to the devotees. Local devotees and women from self-help groups were excited after receiving the Prasad from the Chief Minister.
It is worth mentioning that the three-day Sant Sammelan and Guru Darshan Fair in Girodpuri has started from February 22 and will continue till February 24, 2026. Followers of the Satnam sect from the state, country and abroad have come here for the fair.
On this occasion, religious leader Guru Baldas Saheb, MP Kamlesh Jangde, Rajim MLA Rohit Sahu, District Panchayat President Raipur Naveen Agarwal, Inspector General of Police Amresh Mishra, Collector Deepak Soni, Superintendent of Police Bhavna Gupta, DFO Ganveer Dhammasheel, former MP Guha Ram Ajgale, former MLA Dr. Sanam Jangde along with local public representatives, senior officers and a large number of devotees were present.
