Mumbai : A 26-year-old teacher in America used to have sex with her 16-year-old student on the street. That too openly. The surprising thing is that when the teacher and the student had sex, other boys of her school stood nearby and kept guard. The name of the teacher is being said as Hailey Clifton-Carmack. Apart from having sex with the student, she is accused of molesting other students, raping them and endangering their future.
The incident is from Missouri, USA, where a 26-year-old former math teacher teaching in high school has been convicted of having serious sexual relations with her 16-year-old student. According to a report in People magazine, Hailey Clifton-Carmack was arrested in January for her relationship with the student, which included having sex on the street. While other students acted as “lookouts”. She is currently under house arrest. Now she will be sentenced in this case on October 11.
Scratch marks found on student’s back
The victim of sexual violence showed pictures of scratch marks on her back to another student. She claimed that these marks were inflicted by teacher Clifton-Carmack. Clifton-Carmack could face four years in prison under Missouri’s sex offender assessment program. According to a probable cause obtained by People magazine, a student revealed that Clifton-Carmack had openly discussed students in her class and her personal life, including her run-ins with the administration over “getting too close to students.” The superintendent of the Lackey School District confirmed a private discussion about his conversations with Clifton-Carmack was that Clifton was divorced.
According to the victim, an informant student also alleged that Clifton-Carmack was divorced. So he lured the child for a sexual partner. Court records show that Clifton-Carmack’s husband filed for divorce in August 2023. While the couple also had a child, they were officially divorced the next month after filing the petition. Investigation of the teacher’s phone revealed obscene and sexually explicit conversations between Clifton-Carmack and the victim student, which revealed their illicit relationship. According to the criminal complaint, Clifton-Carmack continued to contact the victim until December 23, when he left the state and moved to Texas to live with his family.
