Speculations on cabinet expansion intensify in CG : Oath on 7th or 10th December, commotion among MLAs

Raipur: Discussions about cabinet expansion have intensified in Chhattisgarh politics these days. According to information received from sources, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai may soon expand his cabinet. It is believed that new ministers can be sworn in on 7 or 10 December. However, there is no official confirmation in this regard.

Delhi visit increased discussions
Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai recently met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi, after which these speculations have gained further strength. High-level sources of the party say that two new MLAs can be included in the cabinet, and some existing faces can be replaced. * Assembly Deputy Speaker post also vacant:
The post of Deputy Speaker of the Assembly is also vacant for a long time. It is being speculated that senior MLA Ajay Chandrakar can be given this responsibility.

Differences in the party
However, there are differences in the party on this. One faction believes that the cabinet should be expanded after the municipal elections, while the other faction considers it necessary immediately. In the current situation, work has slowed down in many departments, due to which dissatisfaction is increasing among the public and workers.

Many faces in the race

Many names are in discussion from Bilaspur and Raipur division in the race to become a minister. Dharamlal Kaushik and Amar Agarwal from Bilaspur are likely to get lucky, while Rajesh Munat , Ajay Chandrakar, Sunil Soni and Purandar Mishra are in the race from Raipur division.

Experts believe that Purandar Mishra, who has become an MLA for the first time, can be a strong contender due to his popularity among the public and workers.

Challenge before the party

Amidst the challenge of meeting the expectations of the public and workers within a year, the cabinet expansion can be a big step for the BJP. This expansion will not only be an attempt to improve the party’s image, but will also help in making a strong strategy for the upcoming elections.

What will happen next

Now it remains to be seen when and on which faces the party relies. A final decision on this is expected soon from Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai.
