A big revelation has happened in the kidnapping case of comedian Sunil Pal and actor Mushtaq Khan. The main accused Lavy Pal formed a gang with his street friends. After this, the network was expanded to Bollywood.
By forming a gang of mostly less educated friends from the streets of Bijnor, the main accused Lavi Pal spread his network till Mumbai’s Bollywood. The accused would invite small artists to programs and then call them to Delhi airport and kidnap them and extort ransom of two to five lakh rupees. When BA LLB Shashank Chaudhary entered the gang six months ago, a list of big artists to be kidnapped was prepared. The gang kidnapped actors Arun Bakshi, Rajesh Puri, Mushtaq, Sunil Pal and extorted money from them. Next in line was actor Shakti Kapoor.

In comedian Sunil Pal’s film ‘Coffee with Alone’, the mastermind of the gang, Lavi Pal, went to Mumbai with his wife Guddi. Lavi Pal’s father Jaipal died 20 years ago. His mother and uncle raised him. He is very clever and used to cheat people by dreaming big since childhood. Lavi Pal also cheated his family members. In the year 2016, Lavi Pal went to Mumbai for a trip, where he stayed for about two-three months. During this time, he met many Bollywood actors.
Initially, Lavi Pal’s gang consisted of Azim, Sabiuddin, Arjun and a relative. 6 months ago, Lavi Pal met Shashank, a resident of Janakpuri Ghaziabad. During interrogation by Meerut and Bijnor police, the accused have told about the fake event company’s plan for the next one year. The artists also did not tell the police about the incident after getting rid of the miscreants. This is the reason why the network of the fake event company kept on growing.

They would receive from airport, then drop there after the incident
The accused had summoned film actor Arun Bakshi to Delhi. They kidnapped him after receiving him. But for some reason, the accused left him back in Delhi. After Mushtaq and Sunil, they also planned to kidnap actor Shakti Kapoor. Shakti Kapoor was invited to the event, but the deal did not work out due to the high advance fee. However, the talks were still going on

They used to book flights by posing as police
The SP said that Rahul Saini who used to call the actors is none other than Lavi Pal. His name is Lavi Chaudhary, he also tells his name as Sushant and Himanshu. He contested the election for the post of councillor in the name of Sushant. Accused Shashank used to book flight tickets for the actors after their booking. Even after collecting the ransom, the accused used to send the actor back by paying the money for the air ticket. Lavi had told other members of the gang that Shashank is in the police. Azim used to work at a mobile service shop.

Arjun Karnwal’s mother accuses Meerut police
Arjun Karnwal’s mother, who is involved in this case, said that her son had surrendered in Meerut four days ago. Now Meerut police is not telling anything. In such a situation, her son is nowhere to be found.

Sunil Pal-Mushtaq ransom extortion gang busted, 5 arrested
Bijnor police has busted the gang that kidnapped actors Sunil Pal and Mushtaq Khan and extorted ransom by arresting five criminals. Named in the case, Sarthak Chaudhary (32), Sabiuddin (28), Azim (32) and Shashank (30) have been arrested. Meerut police has also arrested one of the main accused Arjun Karnawal. Five accused are absconding. Rs 2.25 lakh and a car have been recovered from Arjun.

Rs 1.04 lakh has been recovered from four other accused. Bijnor SP has given a reward of Rs 25,000 to the team that exposed the matter. Bijnor SP Abhishek Jha said that the criminals had formed a gang to kidnap actors and extort ransom by setting up a fake event company. On November 20, actor Mushtaq Khan was kidnapped and a ransom of Rs 2 lakh was taken and on December 2, Sunil Pal was kidnapped and a ransom of Rs 8 lakh was taken.

On December 9, Mushtaq Khan’s event manager Shivam Yadav filed a report in the city police station. The investigation of Sunil Pal’s case is going on in Meerut’s Lalkurti police station. The arrested accused told the police that the mastermind of the gang is Lavi Pal alias Lavi Chaudhary alias Sushant. He used to call actors to the program by introducing himself as Rahul Saini. He had also sent 25 thousand rupees and tickets to Mushtaq in advance.

On November 20, he was brought to Bijnor from Delhi Airport. Later, Lavi kept Mushtaq hostage at his house, from where he escaped. He had left his phone behind, using which he withdrew Rs 2.20 lakh. On December 2, Sunil Pal was also kidnapped in the same manner.

There was also an attempt to kidnap Arun Bakshi
According to police sources, the accused had also attempted to kidnap film actor Arun Bakshi. He was called to Delhi. He was duly received, but due to some reason the accused left him back in Delhi. Apart from this, an attempt was also made to invite Shakti Kapoor for the event. But due to the high fees, Shakti Kapoor could not be called.
