Raipur : The third phase of the state-wide Sushasan Tihar will be inaugurated from Monday May 5, 2025 under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai. All preparations have been completed by the government and administration for this. The third phase of Sushasan Tihar will run till Saturday May 31, 2025 .

During this period, Samadhan camps will be organised in 8 to 15 Gram Panchayats of each district, in which applicants will be informed about the status of their applications. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai and other ministers will participate in some Samadhan camps and meet the applicants and get information about the resolution of their problems.

In the third phase, the Chief Minister himself will reach any village by helicopter on a surprise visit and meet the people and by organising a Chaupal, will get information from the people about the development of the village and the working style of the field staff posted there. During this period, Chief Minister Sai will also inspect the ground reality of the implementation of government schemes, construction and development works.

It is worth mentioning here that the Chhattisgarh government is organizing Sushasan Tihar-2025 to make the governance in the state sensitive, people-oriented and transparent as well as to provide quick solutions to public problems. The first phase of Sushasan Tihar was launched on 08 April. Under this, applications were taken from the people of the state regarding problems and demands by organizing camps in gram panchayats and urban wards till April 11. To enable the general public to easily send their applications to the government and administration, solution boxes were placed at prominent places from gram panchayats to district headquarters, in which people could put their applications. Arrangements for taking online applications were also ensured.

In the first phase of Sushasan Tihar, more than 40 lakh applications were received from the people of the state. These included applications related to demands, problems and government schemes. With dedicated efforts by the district administration, these applications have been classified department-wise and uploaded on the portal of Suraj Abhiyan, and the process of redressal is continuing with transparency. Information about the status of the related applications is also being given to the beneficiaries in a timely manner.

In the third phase, the priority of the government is to inform the general public about the public welfare schemes. Application forms for the schemes will be provided to the beneficiaries in the Samadhan camps and action will also be taken to provide benefits from the scheme as per eligibility. In the Samadhan camps, the villagers will also be motivated and encouraged to avail the benefits of the schemes.

Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has clarified that the basic objective of Sushasan Tihar is to take the administration to the doorstep of the people. He said, our resolution is that the benefits of the government schemes reach every citizen of the state and no eligible beneficiary is deprived. Sushasan Tihar has become a living example of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai’s commitment towards public interest. This campaign is not just a means of application collection or problem resolution, but it has become a bridge between the government-administration and the public of the state.
