Raipur: Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai performed puja with due rituals at the temple of Maa Danteshwari, the revered goddess of Bastar, located in Jagdalpur. They prayed to Maa Danteshwari for peace, prosperity and well-being of the country and the state.

On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma, Agriculture Minister Ramvichar Netam, Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap, Tourism Minister Rajesh Agrawal, Women and Child Development Minister Laxmi Rajwade, Bastar MP and Chairman of Bastar Dussehra Committee Mahesh Kashyap, Kanker MP Bhojraj Nag, Jagdalpur MLA Shri Kiran Singh Dev, Chitrakoot MLA Shri Vinayak Goyal, Kondagaon MLA Lata Usendi, Dantewada MLA Chaitram Atami, Keshkal MLA Neelkanth Tekam, Kanker MLA Asharam Netam along with public representatives and senior administrative officers were present.
