Cricket is going to be included in the Los Angeles Olympics 2028 after 128 years. The last cricket match was played between Great Britain and France in the year 1900. In which Britain won the gold medal by defeating France by 158 runs. Now cricket is going to return to the Olympics once again.

Indian team’s star batsman Virat Kohli joined the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) camp on Saturday. He will be seen playing in the 18th season of the IPL starting on March 22. During this, the legendary player talked about the popularity of cricket and the inclusion of this game in the Olympics 2028. He said that today many T20 tournaments are being played in the world. The biggest reason for this is the IPL. Because of that, cricket has got a place in the Olympics.

If we are playing for the gold medal, then I can come back for one game. Win the medal and come back home. It is a great thing. Becoming an Olympic champion will be a great feeling.’
