Mumbai : PM Modi in Global FinTech Fest: Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the Global FinTech Fest program organized at Jio Convention Center in Mumbai on Friday August 30 . During this, the Prime Minister took a dig at the leaders who raised questions about the FinTech revolution in India and said that these people used to say that there is no infrastructure in India. He quipped that when Mother Saraswati was distributing wisdom, such people were standing on the way. He explained how this sector has been improved through investment in FinTech in the last 10 years.
PM Modi said that the change that has come in India due to FinTech is not limited to technology, but its social impact is very high. The distance between villages and cities has reduced.
