Bhilai Nagar: In the membership campaign of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Vaishali Nagar MLA Rakesh Sen is at the first place in Durg district and second in Chhattisgarh. Let us inform you that till now more than 11 thousand members have been made by the young MLA Rakesh Sen himself, which is the top record of Durg district in the Bharatiya Janata Party, for which former Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh, Finance Minister OP Choudhary, Regional Organization Minister Ajay Jamwal, State Organization Minister Pawan Sai, Division Incharge Bhupendra Savnani have congratulated Sen this evening.
According to the information received, earlier there were only 68 thousand active members in the Bhilai district of Bharatiya Janata Party. This time BJP’s membership campaign had started from September 1 and will continue till October 31 .
BJP workers in Bhilai district organization have a target of making at least 200 members in each booth. There are a total of 622 booths in Bhilai district, on this basis, the ground workers of BJP have got the target of making about 1 lakh 25 thousand members, while the Bhilai organisation is working on the target of making 1.25 lakh members at these booths.
Apart from this, the target for MLAs is to make 10 thousand members and for MPs we have a target of 20 thousand.
It is worth mentioning that out of the total 622 booths in BJP Bhilai, the responsibility of raising the grade of those booths which are of C grade through membership is also on the leaders of the organisation. MLA Rakesh Sen’s Prayas program is also in full swing in 8 Mandals of Bhilai district. Mr. Sen is also emphasizing on upgrading the grade by making maximum number of members at the listed C grade booths by holding continuous meetings in all the Mandals. MLA Rakesh Sen said that all BJP workers have been infused with unprecedented energy for the membership campaign through the meetings, as a result of which our workers are working hard at our C grade booths, Shakti Kendras and polling centers and I am confident that all the C grade booths are continuously moving towards strength through the membership campaign.
Sen said that he had got a target of 10 thousand members, crossing which he has made more than 11 thousand members. He also said that he is confident that every worker of BJP Bhilai will perform better in the membership campaign this time.
