PM Modi has stressed on giving importance to many issues. PM Modi tweeted, I appreciate Netanyahu’s phone call and wishes on India’s 78th Independence Day. We discussed the current situation in West Asia. Also stressed the need to reduce the situation.
What issues did the PM discuss:

Immediate release of all hostages
Ceasefire between Israel and Hamas
Continuation of humanitarian aid in the region
Emphasis on ceasefire

These talks have taken place amid rising tensions in West Asia after the war broke out between Israel and Hamas. Efforts are underway in Qatar to negotiate a ceasefire in Gaza, with mediators briefing Hamas, which is not directly participating in the talks.

Despite several rounds of talks, fundamental differences remain between the two sides. Israel insists on the destruction of Hamas as a condition for peace, while Hamas demands a permanent ceasefire rather than a temporary one.
