Pakistan’s Defense Minister admitted in an interview to Sky News that Pakistan has a long history of supporting terrorism and terror funding. During a conversation with Sky News, he said that we have been doing this dirty work for America for 30 years.

Islamabad: The controversy over Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif’s statement of doing dirty work for America has not yet subsided. Bilawal Bhutto has also admitted while singing the same tune that Pakistan’s history has been full of terrorism.

Former Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto said in an interview with Sky News that as far as the statement of Defense Minister Khawaja Asif is concerned, I do not think it is a secret that Pakistan has a history. Pakistan has suffered from it. We have faced fundamentalism every time. But if we have suffered from it, then we have also learned from it. We have also made internal reforms to solve this problem.

Bhutto said that as far as Pakistan’s history is concerned, it has been unfortunate. Earlier on Thursday, while addressing a rally in Mirpur Khas, Bhutto said that Pakistan is a peace-loving country and Islam is a peaceful religion. We do not want war but if someone attacks our Indus, then they should also be ready for war. We do not beat the drums of war but if we are provoked, you will become deaf from the roar of Pakistan.

What did Khawaja Asif say?

In an interview to Sky News, Pakistan’s Defense Minister admitted that Pakistan has a long history of supporting terrorism and terror funding. During a conversation with Sky News, he said that we have been doing this dirty work for America for 30 years.

Khwaja Asif, who talked about an all-out war with India, said that Lashkar-e-Taiba is over in Pakistan. Khawaja Asif admitted that some links of Lashkar with Pakistan have been found in the past. However, he said that now this terrorist organization is over.

He said that Pakistan is on high alert. We will use our nuclear weapons only when there is a direct threat to our existence. If there is a war, we are mentally prepared for it too. There is a very clear possibility that war may take place in the next two to three or four days. Asif said that if there is any threat to Pakistan’s sovereignty, we are 100 percent ready to face it. There is a danger of war in the next few days but it can be avoided.
