Raipur.: Congress has intensified preparations for the upcoming Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections- 2024. Along with the selection of nine candidates for the first phase, now All India Mahila Congress observers have also been appointed.
In this episode, the order to appoint women leader Preeti Upadhyay Shukla from Chhattisgarh as All India Mahila Congress Observer of 53 – Doda West constituency was given by National President Alka Lamba. Earlier, the national leadership had given her the responsibility of Simdega and Gumla in Jharkhand. In view of her excellent working style, she has been given national level responsibility again. Preeti Upadhyay Shukla thanked and thanked Jananayak Rahul Gandhi, National President Mallikarjun Kharge, former President Sonia Gandhi, General Secretary (Organisation) K.C. Venugopal, General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi, Mahila Congress National President Alka Lamba, former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, Leader of Opposition Charandas Mahant, Chhattisgarh State Congress President Deepak Baij and Rajya Sabha MP and Chhattisgarh State Mahila Congress President Phoolo Devi Netam for this appointment.
Elections will be held in three phases
Voting will be held in three phases for 90 assembly seats of Jammu and Kashmir. Voting will be held in the first phase on September 18, second phase on September 25 and third phase on October 1. Results will be declared on October 4.
