Atishi has reacted strongly to the demand of Delhi BJP MPs to dissolve the Aam Aadmi Party government in the national capital and impose President’s rule. She has said that BJP has accepted defeat before the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections.
Atishi has alleged that BJP wants to dismiss CM Arvind Kejriwal’s government through the backdoor. BJP’s only job is to topple the elected government. Atishi, a minister in the Delhi government, has said that BJP is afraid of CM Kejriwal. This is BJP’s new conspiracy. She said that BJP will get 0 seats in the Delhi elections.
BJP demands dissolution of Delhi government
Recently, Delhi BJP MLAs met the President and demanded dissolution of the Aam Aadmi Party government citing constitutional crisis in Delhi. This letter has now been sent to the Union Ministry by Rashtrapati Bhavan.
In several letters sent by Rashtrapati Bhavan, the situation arising in Delhi due to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal being in jail has been mentioned. Issues like scams in different departments of the Delhi government and non-implementation of schemes brought by the Center in the interest of the people have been raised.
The Delhi Assembly elections are to be held in January and February 2025, but politics has already reached its peak regarding this. The allegations and counter-allegations between BJP and AAP are not stopping. Delhi BJP leaders are accusing the Delhi government of creating a constitutional crisis in the national capital, while AAP leaders allege that the BJP wants to topple the Kejriwal government under a conspiracy.
