Raipur: On the Loharidih violence in Kawardha, the Sahu community has demanded compensation of one crore rupees to each of the three families. The state president of Sahu community, Tahal Sahu, has demanded the dismissal of Dr. Abhishek Pallav, the SP of Kawardha, by filing an FIR against him in a press conference.

The community has also demanded a judicial inquiry into the death of Shivprakash and Raghunath. It has warned of agitation if the demand is not met. All the three deceased in the incident in Loharidih are from the Sahu community, so a 16-member social investigation team reached Loharidih on Sunday September 22. The team met the family members of all the three deceased and took a detailed account of the incident and discussed the current situation.
