Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today attended the Sanskriti Gaurav Maha Sammelan and Abhinandan Samaroh organized on the occasion of the death anniversary of former Union Minister Late Kumar Dilip Singh Judev in village Kilkila of Pathalgaon tehsil. In the program, he made many announcements including making Nagar Panchayat Pathalgaon a municipality.
MP Brijmohan Agarwal, MP Radheshyam Rathia, MLA Gomti Sai and Raimuni Bhagat, Chief Priest of Kilkiladham Shri Shri 1008 Swami Kapildas Ji Maharaj were also present on this occasion.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Sai, while remembering late Judev in the presence of sadhus, saints and a large crowd of people, said that he was my political guru.
I worked with him in politics for more than 25 years. He was a simple-hearted person, he used to meet everyone with affection. He never had any resentment against anyone. He never forgot the name of anyone he met once. Chief Minister Sai said that late Judev’s physique and personality easily attracted people.
The Chief Minister said that our government is rapidly fulfilling Modi’s guarantee. Farmers are being given the price of paddy at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal. Women of Chhattisgarh are being given honorarium of Rs 1000 per month through Mahtari Vandan Yojana. The tendu leaf collectors have been given an honorarium of Rs 5500 per standard sack, up from Rs 4000.
In the program, MP Brijmohan Agarwal remembered late Dilip Singh Judev and said that I have learned the lessons of politics by holding his finger. He was a great man, a karmaveer and a warrior. I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to learn from him for a long time. The program was also addressed by MLA Smt. Gomti Sai, priest of Gahira Guru Ashram Babruvahan Ji Maharaj.
Chief Minister Sai made several announcements in public interest in the program. In which the construction of a huge statue of late Dilip Singh Judev in Pathalgaon, announcement of celebrating his birth anniversary in a grand manner every year, announcement of building an entrance gate in Kilkileshwar Mahadev premises along with boundary wall, beautification, installation of solar lights in the premises and upgradation of the cowshed, announcement of making Nagar Panchayat Pathalgaon a municipality, announcement of construction and beautification of ghats in the Anicut built in the Mand river, announcement of construction of 3-3 kilometers of roads going towards Raigarh, Jashpur and Ambikapur from the main square of Pathalgaon, announcement of building a modern bus stand and auditorium in Pathalgaon, work of upgradation of the rest house, announcement of making Nagar Panchayat Kotba PSC a CSC.
On this occasion, Krishna Kumar Rai, Prabal Pratap Singh Judev, Sunil Gupta, Commissioner G.R. Churendra, IG Ankit Garg, Collector Dr. Ravi Mittal, Superintendent of Police Shashi Mohan Singh along with local public representatives and a large number of people were present.
