Actress Shraddha Kapoor tells why she doesn’t want to work with Salman, Shahrukh and Aamir Khan

Mumbai: Bollywood star Shraddha Kapoor is basking in the success of her horror-comedy offering ‘Stree 2’. She has opened up about why she hasn’t worked with Hindi cinema superstars Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan yet. During a podcast with Shubhankar Mishra, the ‘Aashiqui 2’ actress said she hasn’t yet got a chance to work with the three Khans of Bollywood. “Many a times you are offered a film but if you feel the role is not that exciting or the role doesn’t challenge the artiste in you then you let go of the role. I am very clear about the work I choose,” she said

She further added, “I want to be a part of good films, make interesting films with good stories, work with good directors and do good work. If all this means an opportunity to work with good actors or big stars, I will be happy to say yes to it.” Meanwhile, Shraddha, who is making a comeback at the box-office after almost 16 months, has delivered her second consecutive Rs 200 crore film with ‘Stree 2’. The first film being ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar’ in which she starred opposite superstar Ranbir Kapoor.

According to industry tracker Sacred Heart, ‘Stree 2’ has grossed Rs 255 crore at the Indian box-office, along with an additional Rs 55 crore in overseas collections, taking its worldwide collection to Rs 361.15 crore. ‘Stree 2’, which released on Independence Day, clashed with multi-starrer ‘Khel Khel Mein’, John Abraham-starrer ‘Veda’ and Telugu film ‘Double iSmart’ and managed to outdo all of them. The Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao-starrer is witnessing the highest occupancy during evening and night shows.
