MLA of Narayanpur district from Bastar division and Minister of Forest and Climate Change, Water Resources, Skill Development, Parliamentary Affairs and Cooperation in the state government Kedar Kashyap on Saturday August 9 laid the foundation stone for the construction of eco tourism resort at Kosarteda dam located in Salemeta of Bastar district.
Addressing the public in the program on this occasion, Kedar Kashyap said that this resort, which is being built at a cost of three crore fifty lakhs, will give a new identity to this area as well as the entire Bastar district. Kashyap said that we have built the state of Chhattisgarh, our government built the Kosarteda dam and now we are also building a tourism resort in this dam, that is why we say that we have built it, we will improve it.
Cabinet Minister Kashyap said that a stop dam was approved on the demand of the public demand in Baniyagaon and today we are doing its Bhoomi Pujan. The construction of the stop dam will solve the problems of the local people. Minister Kashyap also said that in the last 5 years, the development of this area had come to a halt, but after the formation of the BJP government, now the development work will accelerate and the public will get more facilities through development works.
