Haryana Election Results: BJP is going to form the government in Haryana for a record third consecutive time. In the Haryana elections, such a BJP tsunami came that Congress was swept away. In the 90-seat assembly, BJP formed the government with 48 seats. Congress was limited to just 37 seats. However, in the BJP tsunami, many ministers of the state had to face defeat. Eight out of 10 ministers of CM Nayab Singh Saini had to taste defeat. Even the assembly speaker Gian Chand Gupta lost the election.
Only two ministers of CM Naib Saini’s cabinet were able to win their elections. The winning ministers include Minister of State Mahipal Dhanda from Panipat Rural seat and Cabinet Minister Moolchand Sharma from Ballabhgarh seat.
Despite the claim of anti-incumbency wave in Haryana, BJP is going to form the government for the third time, but the defeat of eight ministers is being considered a big setback for BJP. These include independent candidate Ranjit Singh Chautala from Rania seat, whose ticket was cut by BJP. After this, he resigned from BJP and contested the election as an independent. However, his resignation was not accepted.

Ranjit Singh Chautala- Rania (Independent)
These ministers of CM Naib Saini lost
Assembly Speaker Gyan Chand Gupta was also defeated by Congress’ Chander Mohan in Panchkula seat. Apart from this, BJP’s Subhash Sudha was defeated by Congress’ Ashok Arora in Thanesar by a margin of more than three thousand votes. BJP’s Sanjay Singh stood third in Nuh. This seat was won by Congress’ Aftab Ahmad by defeating INLD candidate Tahir Hussain by a margin of more than 46 thousand votes. CM Saini’s cabinet minister and BJP leader Aseem Goyal also lost from Ambala City seat. Congress’ Nirmal Singh Mohra defeated him by 11,131 votes.
Hisar-Loharu and Nangal Chaudhary also lost to BJP
In Hisar, BJP’s Dr. Kamal Gupta lost by coming third. Independent candidate Savitri Jindal got a big victory from here, who defeated Congress’s Ram Niwas Rara. Apart from this, BJP candidate Kanwar Pal lost to Congress’s Akram Khan on Jagadhari seat. In Loharu, Jai Prakash Dalal was defeated by Congress candidate Rajbir Fartia by a margin of just 792 votes. At the same time, BJP’s Abhe Singh Yadav was defeated by Congress’s Manju Chaudhary from Nangal Chaudhary seat.
