Chhattisgarh: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today released the booklet ‘Khushiyon ka Notification’ while observing the exhibition organised by the Public Relations Department at the Town Hall of the capital Raipur on the occasion of Independence Day. This booklet is based on the Mahtari Vandan Yojana implemented by the Chhattisgarh government after the guarantee of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
