Lucknow. The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav over the controversial remarks made while addressing BJP IT cell chief Amit Malviya. Along with this, instructions have also been given to withdraw the controversial remarks.

Earlier also, action has been taken against SP IT Cell in cases of hate speech and false allegations at different times.
According to the information, Amit Malviya had made a comment on August 3 through his X account targeting SP leader Moeed Khan. In response to this, the Samajwadi Party made a controversial comment from its account on August 3 itself. In the comment, not only indecent words were used against BJP IT cell chief Amit Malviya, but indecent words were also used against PM Modi and CM Yogi. In this case, the Delhi High Court has now directed the Samajwadi Party and SP supremo Akhilesh Yadav to remove the controversial comment and advised them not to cross the limits.
