Former IPS serving life sentence reaches Supreme Court
The Supreme Court on Tuesday August 27 issued a notice on the petition of former Gujarat police officer Sanjiv Bhatt. In this petition, he has challenged his conviction and life imprisonment in the case of custodial death in 1990. A bench of Justices Vikram Nath and PB Varale issued notice and attached the case with other petitions pending before the court. Sanjiv Bhatt has challenged the order of the Gujarat High Court, which dismissed his challenge against the conviction and life imprisonment sentence given by the Jamnagar court.
Kumar has written mostly short stories and on human behavior that changed the day to day course of the people who engineered them. He says I am always myself...
