Leave Travel Concession Rules: The Center has allowed its employees to travel by Tejas, Vande Bharat and Humsafar trains under Leave Travel Concession (LTC). This step has been taken after the Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) received many suggestions from various offices / individuals regarding the acceptability of various premium trains under LTC.
