Trump’s aide Stephen Miller said that these executive orders can mainly be related to sealing the country’s southern border, mass deportation, preventing transgenders from participating in women’s sports competitions and tariffs. But as soon as Trump officially reaches the White House, the Office of the Special Counsel will be barred from taking action against him under the Justice Department’s policy. Cases are going on against Trump for keeping classified documents with him and attempting to tamper with the 2020 election. It has been speculated that the Attorney General will withdraw these charges.
In such a situation, Special Counselor Jack Smith, who filed criminal cases against Trump, will be fired. Trump had said in a rally that the first thing he would do as soon as he becomes President is to fire Smith. It is believed that Trump will actually order the removal of Jack Smith.
