Love affair: blood shed, murder of 5 people including three women

Sundargarh ( ODISHA) : A horrific incident has come to light on Tuesday October 29,2024 night in Sundargarh district of Odisha. There was a violent clash over a love affair, in which five people, including three women, died, while four people were injured.

After the information of the incident, panic spread in the area. As soon as the information was received, the police force reached the spot and took stock. The police has taken the dead body into custody and started investigating the matter.

According to the information, this incident took place in Sundargarh Sadar Police Station area. The reason behind the incident was a love affair. Eyewitnesses say that a person named Avinash Pawar of the nomadic group of Maharashtra got into a dispute with the local people. Pawar had married twice and he has children from both the marriages. The dispute with the local people over Avinash’s love affair escalated so much that a violent clash started.

At around 11 pm, when the people of the nomadic community were asleep, few people suddenly attacked them armed with knives. Five people died in this attack, while Avinash and another woman were injured. After this, the attackers fled away from the spot and took Avinash’s second wife and two children hostage. There was a lot of screaming at the spot after the incident. The police was immediately informed about the matter. As soon as the information was received, the local officials reached the spot and started the search operation.
