Bilaspur: Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh High Court Justice Ramesh Sinha has taken an important step towards transparency and citizen empowerment in the judiciary. He inaugurated the “Online RTI Web Portal” for the High Court and all the district courts of the state.
Through this portal, citizens can now apply online under the Right to Information (RTI), track it in real time and also pay the required fee. The specialty of the portal is that applications can be made to obtain information from anywhere in the country or the world, which will make the process of obtaining information more transparent, accessible and effective.
