The children’s faces lit up with joy upon seeing the Chief Minister among them: A memorable birthday.
Raipur: The warmth and affection with which Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai celebrated his 62nd birthday with the children of the Bal Ashram in Bagiya, Jashpur, made the day an unforgettable memory in their lives.
As soon as the Chief Minister arrived at the Ashram premises, the children’s faces lit up with joy. They ran to him, and within moments, the entire atmosphere became like a family reunion. At that moment, the Chief Minister appeared among them, not just a person holding a position, but like a loving guardian.
Chief Minister Sai cut the cake and sat with them, chatting with them. He asked their names, learned about their studies, listened to their dreams, and encouraged them to move forward. The affection and closeness reflected on the Chief Minister’s face as he spoke to them, instilling deep trust in them.

The children chirped with joy as they chatted with him with complete ease.
The scene at the Ashram premises felt like a family celebration. Chief Minister Sai personally fed the children cake and chocolates. He stroked their heads, blessing them with a urge to study diligently, dream big, and progress in life, bringing glory to their families and the state.
He said, “The smiles of all of you children are the greatest gift I can give you on my birthday.” These affectionate words touched the children’s hearts. The sparkle in their eyes and the smiles on their faces testified to how special this moment had become for them.
The joy and sense of belonging they felt at having a loving guardian in the form of the Chief Minister will remain in their memories for a long time.
It is worth mentioning that Bal Ashram Bagiya houses students from grades 1 to 5, most of whom are from the tribal community. The Chief Minister’s presence among them to celebrate his birthday became a special moment of pride and inspiration for the children.
On this occasion, MLA Gomti Sai, Commissioner Narendra Dugga, IG Deepak Kumar Jha, Collector Rohit Vyas, Senior Superintendent of Police Dr. Lal Ummed Singh along with local public representatives, officers and teachers and staff of the ashram were present.
