It is reported that many policemen including the inspector were injured in the stone pelting. As soon as the information was received, additional police force was called on the spot. The police used force to drive away the rioters.

Karni Sena had reached to surround the residence of SP’s Rajya Sabha MP Ramjilal Suman who had made a controversial statement on Rana Sanga. Police was already deployed there. Karni Sena workers started entering the main gate of the residence while raising slogans. When the police tried to stop them, they became violent. The police team was attacked. During this, chairs kept there were thrown. Vandalism was done with sticks. The inspector was injured in the attack.

Preparations were going on since morning
As soon as the information was received, additional police force arrived from Hariparvat police station. After this, the police started chasing away the protesters by lathi-charge.
