Nellore : The statue of former prime Minister and Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee will be unveiled at Harinathapuram Junction in Nellore on Monday December 15,, 2025 in the presence of Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, BJP state president P.V.N. Madhav and Andhra Pradesh minister Y. Satyakumar, BJP district president Sheeparreddy Vamsidhar Reddy said on Saturday December 13, 2025.
Addressing a meeting at the BJP district office, he said the programme is part of the Atal–Modi Good Governance Yatra being organised across the state from December 11 to December 25, following a call from the BJP national committee and under the guidance of the state leadership.
He appealed to party leaders, workers and supporters from across the district to participate in large numbers.
The Nellore programme will begin at 9 am with a bike rally from Ayyappa Temple Centre, passing through Vedayapalem, KVR Petrol Bunk, RTC and VRC, and concluding with the unveiling of Vajpayee’s statue, followed by a public meeting.
