Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai had given strict instructions to the officials regarding zero tolerance towards corruption in the Collector’s Conference. The Chief Minister’s strictness regarding corruption is seen equally strict at the ground level. Its example is once again seen from the prompt action of the government. Recently, a case of selling new books of the academic session 2024-25 printed by Chhattisgarh Text Book Corporation came to light as books were sold in junk .
After showing a tough attitude in the Collector SP conference, the Chief Minister has made it clear through this action of suspension that he will not tolerate administrative negligence at all.
When the case of Chhattisgarh Text Book Corporation came to light, the responsibility of investigating this incident was given to the most senior officer after the Chief Secretary, which makes it clear that the days of administrative laxity are over in this state. If someone is negligent or corrupt, action will definitely be taken against him.
