New Delhi: Justice Yashwant Verma has been transferred to Allahabad High Court, will take charge soon

New Delhi: The Central Government has issued a notification to transfer Justice Yashwant Verma, Judge of Delhi High Court, to Allahabad High Court. According to the order issued in this regard, Justice Verma has been directed to assume his charge as soon as possible and take charge in Allahabad High Court.

Justice Yashwant Verma has been transferred following the recommendation of the Supreme Court Collegium. He was earlier discharging his duties in the Delhi High Court and has heard various important cases.

It is worth mentioning that hat judges are transferred with the aim of transparency and smooth administration in the judiciary. Allahabad High Court is one of the largest and busiest courts in the country, where the appointment of Justice Verma is expected to further strengthen the judicial functioning.

There is a lot of discussion in judicial circles about his transfer, and legal experts are considering it as a part of the normal process of judicial administration. Now everyone’s eyes will be on how he plays his role in Allahabad High Court.
