Furthermore, ministerial operations have been integrated into an e-system to effectively block avenues for corruption. He made it clear that no form of injustice against the future of the youth would be tolerated.

He further added that efforts are underway to establish the ‘Chhattisgarh Staff Selection Board’ and to implement a fixed ‘Examination Calendar’ in order to make recruitment processes simpler and more accessible.
The Chief Minister concluded by saying that, through the state’s new industrial policy, employment opportunities for local youth within the private sector are being expanded. Employment generation is being accelerated by providing incentives to industries, ensuring that alongside government jobs, the private sector also emerges as a robust alternative for the youth.
Calling upon all newly appointed employees to discharge their duties with loyalty, honesty, and dedication, the Chief Minister urged them to play an active role in building a developed Chhattisgarh.
Describing this recruitment process as a significant achievement, Higher Education Minister Tankram Verma stated that the entire procedure has been grounded in the principles of transparency, fairness, and good governance.
He remarked that this marks a historic initiative aimed at ensuring that deserving and talented youth receive their rightful opportunities. Minister Verma further noted that a counseling system was adopted to ensure transparency even in the posting process—an arrangement that underscores the government’s unwavering commitment to good governance.
He asserted that, with the vision of a ‘Developed India by 2047’ in mind, this new generation is poised to play a pivotal role in propelling Chhattisgarh to new dimensions of progress and prosperity.
