Loharidih violence: The fight is not over yet, send the person who has been sent to PHQ to jail – Bhupesh Baghel, former CM remembers Biranpur-Vijay Sharma

Raipur: The political fire over the Lohari Dih violence case in Kawardha has been ignited in such a way that it is gradually spreading further. Congress has made it a big issue and has come directly on the road against the government with statements and allegations. It is certain that the issue for which Congress is agitating on the road today will also be raised in the upcoming South by-election, civic and panchayat elections and after the noise on the road and elections, the fight on the road will reach the House. Because the strategy of Congress will be more aggressive in the coming days. That is why former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel announced in a discussion with journalists today that this fight is not over yet. We will keep fighting till justice is provided to every person affected by the violence. Removing the Collector and SP will not work. Sending the SP to the Police Headquarters will not work, he should be sent to jail.

Bhupesh Baghel made serious allegations against the administration and said that if the law and order situation is like this in the area of the Home Minister, then whom will the public trust. Three murders in a single incident and then trying to cover it up shows how the system works.

If the Congress had not put pressure on the government in this matter, the matter would have been suppressed. I have just come from Loharidih, it is a scene of fear. The way Prashant Sahu was killed in police beating is painful. If his family members had not come in front of the media, many things would have remained hidden. Now it has also come to light that there are many more people who are seriously injured due to police beating.

He said that we tried to meet the injured admitted in the hospital but we are not being allowed to meet them. It has been learned that 7 people were admitted secretly in Ambedkar Hospital, who are undergoing treatment.

Former Chief Minister remembers Biranpur – Vijay Sharma

Home Minister Vijay Sharma retorted to Bhupesh Baghel’s allegations and said that former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel remembers Biranpur. He should not forget how communal violence spread during the Congress government? How a youth named Bhuneshwar Sahu was murdered. Not a single minister could muster the courage to reach the village then.

Home Minister Vijay Sharma said that when people were beaten up in Kawardha, who was suspended? Those who beat people were rewarded. We also told the Chief Minister that if anyone wants to go there, they should definitely go. The Home Minister said that he has also asked the policemen to investigate this matter, because the matter is serious. There will be a full magisterial inquiry in this. Those who are innocent will be released. He gave his number to the jailer and said, if any female prisoner wants to talk to him, let them talk to him.
