Mumbai police get message threatening to harm UP CM Adityanath

The police are on alert as Yogi Adityanath is likely to come to Maharashtra for the State Assembly election campaign

The Mumbai traffic police have received a message threatening to kill Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, an official said on Sunday, November 3, 2024.

The Mumbai Police received a threat message on Saturday November 2, 2024 evening which said that Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath would be killed like former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddique if he doesn’t resign within 10 days.

The Mumbai Police Traffic Control Cell received the message on Saturday evening from an unknown number. Further investigation is on to find out who sent the message, police said. An FIR is yet to be registered in this case.
